What is Keto Flu?
When your body intakes low carbohydrate and transitioning from carb-dependent to fat-adapted, our body losses electrolytes – especially sodium.
That’s the reason some people suffer migraine, low energy, feeling dizzy after a few days without eating rice, sweets, white bread and sugar. The body is adjusting and suffering described as “keto flu”.
When this happen, a lot of people can not take having low carb and they will not feel good resulting to fail the start of keto diet and resulting to eat again high carbs.
Keto flu can be prevented by taking elecrolytes.

DIY Electrolyte Drink
- 300ml water
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 tsp of Pink Himalayan Salt
- Lemon / Lime Juice
Mix all ingredients in a tall glass and drink
Cream of Tartar
Rich in Magnesium
Apple Cider Vinegar
Rich in Potassium
Pink Himalayan Salt
Rich in Sodium
Lemon or Lime Juice
Rich in Vitamin C
